Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sidephone account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the device is securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories and cables.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
